The maned wolf may look like a fox who models with those long legs, but it isn't! It isn't even really a true wolf! It is thought the maned wolf is the only survivor of the late Pleistocene extinction of the large South American canids. It's not a fox, it's not a wolf. It's a step back in time!! A living fossil! Squish it!
