Artist's Description:

Robots commonly have skins of steel, and cold, unfeeling eyes, with a heart just as stoic to match. Science has managed to give them intelligence, though. Artificial or not, they can actually feel things now. This one has decided to shun the hard shell of his kin in favor of a more human-friendly one. He wants to know what a friend is, and he wants to be *your* friend. Beep boop.
