Artist's Description:
Foo Dogs are legendary guardians. Lion dog, dog breeds originating in China that resemble "Chinese guardian lions" and hence are also called Foo or Fu Dogs or Lion Dogs. Lion dance, another use of lion imagery in costume and motion. Asiatic lions found in nearby India are the ones depicted in the Chinese culture. This design is a Foo Dog, with a cloud-like tail and a beard and mane going down his back. Two underjaw tusks jut outwards to show his fierceness! Just outside my community there is a super Chinese buffet and I saw these unique statues with the Foo Dogs on them, I was inspired by that alone. Hopefully this guy will protect current and future Squishables!

I am a young digital artist that is new to the art world, lately my main interests have been in digital concept design and illustration. I love designing cute small animals, and I specialize in unique designs! I love being able to put my artwork out into this art realm, I cannot wait to explore more!
