We live in a beautiful time, where the word "creepy" is rarely heard without a "cute" following it. Both trendy and timeless, the contrast between morbid and sweet imagery is appreciated by all ages. The skull is a go-to icon, and this smiley, dead friend will compliment and never clash with your plushie collection. Plus, what better excuse for "head" puns?
