Artist's Description:

I love Squishables! We are all members of this growing and diverse community. Children can broaden their knowledge and expression of culture through these wonderful toys. In that spirit, I'm submitting a Koinobori Squishable. The Koinobori is a fish wind sock, flown annually in Japan on Children's Day (Kodomo no Hi). The Koinobori symbolizes koi as it swims upstream and evolves into a heaven-bound dragon; a miraculous event that reflects the awe and wonder of childhood.
