Artist's Description:
Being an anteater is rough. All your neighbors make fun of your nose and your closest relative, the sloth, spends most of its time in trees (making family reunions difficult to say the least!). Anteaters are fascinating creatures with their cute tongues and fluffy tails, so naturally I had to squishify one! It took a bit of tweaking to make it look like an anteater, so I came to the conclusion that his nose should stick out from his body instead of being part of the sphere. And of course it wouldn't be an anteater without that funny little tongue!
About the Designer:
I've been drawing/designing for about 12 years (not counting childhood doodles, but everyone does those)! I love animals, and even more when they're in round, squishy form! I design plush toys as a hobby, so I have put a lot of thought into patterning and fabric choices while designing my contest entries.
